About My Clients
I take psychodynamic and integrative approaches to most mental health issues (Depression, anxiety, Bi Polar disorders, OCD, trauma and addictions) using a variety of techniques, including EX/RP to help clients become their best selves. I also specialize in substance related and addictive disorders. Building a trusting relationship with each client is my goal initially. Each client is unique and I approach each person uniquely.
