About My Clients
Services offered include individual & family counseling, as well as, individual and group coaching. I work with LGBTQIA+ clients, juvenile sex offenders, sexual advise survivors, clients who experience trauma, depression, anxiety and a host of other issues.
My Background and Approach
I have been practicing since 2002 and am still in the business of building relationships. Whether it be building the relationship with yourself or others. I am what you need to thrive. I am a managing partner of a thriving group practice in Southern Maryland. Additionally, I am a Certified Life Coach and Author. My approach in therapy is a collaborative one. Clients and I work together to decide treatment goals and what work is needed to assist in reaching said goals. Therapy is a very unique and intimate relationship which develops over time. I build trust with my clients and I encourage and empower them. Once you decide and are ready, I look forward to the opportunity to serve.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
"Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get." Such a true statement! Many of us have to "work with the cards we're dealt," even when those cards leave us feeling as if we have very few choices, and as if we have no control of our lives, but, isn't,"Life what you make it"? With that said, are you happy with life? Are you struggling with the chocolates in your box, or cards dealt you?
