About My Clients
I assist clients with anxiety, depression, stress and coping, interpersonal dilemmas, parenting dilemmas, relationship communication, conflict resolution, and developing greater connection and intimacy with loved ones. My particular areas of interest include couples and families struggling with substance abuse and families who want help navigating the valleys of life.
My Background and Approach
I have been trained in the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy and in the process of becoming certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in building a solid rapport with my clients, so they feel at ease in the therapy room and feel both heard and understood. My ultimate goal is for you to learn tools that can be used to improve the present problem and can also be applied in daily life so that you can handle any difficulties when they present themselves.
