About My Clients
I work with teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, and exhausted from masking or overthinking every interaction. If you’ve ever thought, “Why is it so hard to be around people?” or “No one really gets it,” you’re not alone. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Therapy with me is a space where you can be fully yourself, no fixing, no judgment, just real support.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is flexible, collaborative, and shaped around what matters to you. I use ACT and IFS to help neurodivergent teens and young adults navigate grief, trauma, and burnout. We’ll build a plan together, maybe mindfulness, emotional regulation, or exploring how your past shows up today. Sessions are virtual and on your schedule.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a neurodivergent therapist who believes that healing happens when we stop trying to “fix” ourselves and start getting curious instead. I’m LGBTQIA+affirming, trauma-informed, and passionate about creating safer spaces for folks who’ve felt like outsiders. I care deeply about mental health access, animal welfare (especially senior dogs), and helping people unlearn shame. Stella, my rescue pup, is my daily reminder to rest and stay present.
