About My Clients
I work best with folks navigating life transitions, seeking space to feel seen, heard, and supported. My ideal clients are often processing identity shifts, grief, burnout, or relationship changes. I offer a warm, affirming space for deep reflection and growth. I'm LGBTQ+ allied, kink-aware, and open/polyamory positive—welcoming all expressions of self and relationship. Together, we’ll explore what healing and alignment look like for you.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting clients through anxiety, identity exploration, relationship conflict, grief, and depression. I specialize in creating safe, affirming spaces for individuals to explore who they are—without judgment or shame. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and somatic practices, with a focus on collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. I believe the heart of therapy lies in a meaningful and safe relationship—where you feel seen, valued, and supported. I'm LGBTQ+ allied, kink-aware, and affirming of open and non-traditional relationships. I also bring a lens of social justice to my work, recognizing the impact of systemic oppression on mental health. Whether you're feeling stuck, in transition, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, connection, and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a member of the LGBTQ+ and kink/poly communities, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen and respected. I actively engage in advocacy and community education to reduce mental health stigma, particularly for marginalized groups. I lead trainings on topics like trauma, identity, and wellness, and strive to center equity in both my work and relationships. I aim to be an intentional ally—meeting each person with humility, openness, and a willingness to listen and learn. Outside of therapy, I foster dogs and share my home with animals in need as they await their forever families. This work reminds me of the power of safety, care, and belonging—all of which I try to bring into the therapy space. These values guide me every day and shape how I support others on their path to healing and self-understanding.
