About My Clients
With over 15 of years experience, I work with people who have post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship conflict, and challenges coping with life stressors. I have specialized training in working with people who have experienced traumatic events that continue to impact their functioning. I provide virtual psychotherapy to adults and couples throughout Pennsylvania.
My Background and Approach
I am a cognitive behavioral therapist. Clients describe me as warm, genuine, and compassionate. Therapy is a collaborative process. I will work with you to come up with a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs and goals for therapy. I received my undergraduate degree from Brown University and my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Binghamton University (SUNY). I am a certified provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for PTSD (CBCT-PTSD) and I have served as a consultant for the National Center for PTSD Prolonged Exposure training program. I can work with individuals and couples in over 30 states with PSYPACT telehealth credentials.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In my free time I am a ceramic artist at a local art studio and I volunteer with local arts organizations. I also enjoy gardening!
