My Background and Approach
I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, working with clients across the lifespan. My approach with clients is to be open and genuine, while working collaboratively with clients to identify needs and stressors, and to address them and help the client find coping skills, techniques and solutions that work for their own lives. We will look at each issue holistically and without judgement.
