My Background and Approach
As an Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I primarily work with young women in high school, college and young adults navigating a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, phobias, family dynamics, and trauma. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs. Day to day, I often use a cognitive-behavioral lens to help clients recognize how past patterns influence their present. Many clients work with me to better understand themselves, build self-esteem, and establish healthier boundaries in their lives.
