Come to me with your anxiety, self-doubt, life adjustments/transitions, and professional and personal development needs, and relationship issues; I want to help you grow—cultivating lasting resilience, and deeper self-compassion.
My Background and Approach
I use a variety of Person Centered modalities in my work with clients. I lean into Narrative Therapy, Reality Therapy, Gottman (Levels 1 & 2) and Solution-Focused Therapy; I'm also trained in Creative Expressive interventions to further elicit self-discovery.
