I have experience using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy to help individuals process and heal from trauma, PTSD, and other distressing experiences. Through EMDR, I guide clients in reprocessing painful memories by facilitating bilateral stimulation, which helps to reduce the emotional charge associated with traumatic events. My approach is client-centered, ensuring a safe and supportive environment throughout the reprocessing process.

I have experience using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to help individuals explore and heal the different parts of themselves that influence their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In this model, I guide the clients in identifying and understanding their 'parts', such as wounded inner children, protective aspects, or critical voices and work with them to foster greater internal harmony. Through use of IFS, I assist my clients in building deeper self-awareness and resilience.
