My Background and Approach
The modalities that I like to utilize in therapy are CBT, psychodynamic, and solution focused. My goal for you is to recognize your habits, triggers, and emotions so that you can bridge together the connection between your thoughts and behavior. By building this framework, it will allow you to determine who you are, why you think the way you think, and how your behavior operates. Now we can put in place certain tools and assignments that can reshape or re-frame your thought process while giving you options on how to address your circumstances. Collectively we will determine the tools for you to utilize while in therapy so that you can manifest healthy changes outside of therapy and at any given moment. By using consistent and direct techniques, the end goal is to gain confidence, reduce tensions, eliminate barriers, and become more resilient in opposition to adversity.
