My Background and Approach
My approach is individualized and based on holistic principles; spiritual, mental and physical. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and visual aids to assist me in addressing various therapeutic challenges i.e. Anxiety, Depression, Identity Crisis, Grief, and Trauma. I specialize in kindness and authenticity, understanding that no 2 people are alike. We all have a story, but sometimes we're only comfortable sharing the good parts.
