Using a solution focused approach, we can work towards your goals with intention. I am a huge advocate of practicing gratitude, daily self-care, and setting boundaries. If you are not sure where you stand with your gratitude/self-care practices or setting boundaries, I am here to assist! As you begin your therapy journey, here are some tips to use along the way.
