My Background and Approach
As an LPC, I have worked with clients from all populations and backgrounds, tailoring treatment based on their needs. I have provided individual, family, couple, and group services. My strengths include being genuine, consistent, building relationships, introducing effective coping skills/communication, and helping my clients work towards their goals. Using a solution focused approach, we can work towards your goals with intention. I am also a huge advocate of daily self-care and boundaries.
