I'm able to assist client when challenged by depressive symptoms using modalities such as Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional - Focused Therapy (EFT) and Solution- Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I implement interventions such as play therapy, art therapy and mindfulness.

As a marriage and family therapist, family conflict is certainly an area of my knowledge/ expertise. I am able to help the diverse framework of family types. I implement approaches such as Strategic, SFBT, Narrative and theories in couple counseling.

Anxiety is a trait we all have; some minimal and others at large. I'm able to support client in gaining calming strategies, improve communication skills and identifying triggers. I apply approaches such as Strategic, CBT and SFBT. I'm a therapist that incorporated emotional regulation through breathing exercise and mindfulness.
