The clients that I collaborate with actively engage in therapy and apply coping techniques into their everyday lives. I specialize in anxiety, depression, BIPOC, polyamory, and sex and intimacy. Available for appointments virtually in NM, KS, GA, WA, and NH.
My Background and Approach
I have 15 years of clinical nursing experience. I use a combination of motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I also specialize in integrative psychiatry methods of improving mental health symptoms.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I provide inclusive care to all clients. I have been trained on culturally competent care and understands that diversity is present across all ages, races, disabilities and genders. All clients are welcome to a free consultation call to determine if their needs can be met by joining in a therapeutic partnership for therapy and/or medication management.
