About My Clients
I specialize in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and sleep disorders. Many of my clients have tried traditional approaches but still feel stuck—frustrated by racing thoughts, constant worry, or the inability to fully relax. They want to feel more present, more focused, and more in control of their lives.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but tailor my approach to each client’s needs, often using an eclectic therapy style. I also offer Neurofeedback (EEG Biofeedback), which helps improve brain function by providing real-time feedback to promote mental clarity and emotional balance. This approach is effective for anxiety, ADHD, depression, and sleep disorders. I offer a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment, whether you’re seeking talk therapy or Neurofeedback therapy—or both. Each client receives a personalized treatment plan focused on their unique challenges. I’m currently accepting new clients for both Neurofeedback and talk therapy.
