Sometimes the life we've built no longer feels connected to who we're becoming. Therapy can help us understand what has changed.

About My Clients

Long before we're aware of it, we learn how to belong, seek love, protect ourselves, and navigate the expectations of the world around us. Those adaptations often help us through important periods of our lives. Over time, however, they can become the very patterns that leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about who we are. My Background and Approach

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment theory, and systems thinking. Together, we explore the emotional and relational patterns that continue to shape your life—not to judge them, but to understand how they developed and whether they still serve you. Rather than seeing symptoms simply as problems to eliminate, I see them as meaningful adaptations that deserve to be understood. I work with adults, couples, adolescents, and parents, and my style is thoughtful, engaged, and collaborative. Therapy becomes a place to understand what has shaped you while developing greater freedom in how you relate to yourself, the people you love, and the choices ahead.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than two decades leading creative organizations and teams, guiding people through collaboration, conflict, change, and the evolving questions of identity that often arise in both work and life. Alongside my clinical work in treatment centers and community mental health, those experiences have shaped my belief that development doesn't end in childhood. We continue becoming throughout our lives. Psychotherapy isn't about becoming someone different. It's an opportunity to understand how you became who you are, and to participate more consciously in who you're still becoming. If you're curious about what that work might look like for you, I welcome you to reach out.
