About My Clients
I work with individuals experiencing burnout, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, low self-worth, or difficulty setting boundaries. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. Together, we will explore your concerns, identify your goals, and work at a pace that feels supportive and respectful.
My Background and Approach
I believe every person deserves care that reflects their unique experiences, needs, and goals. I am no stranger to adversity, and I understand how challenging it can be to ask for support. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, including sharing a laugh when appropriate. My approach is person-centered, solution-focused, and informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I will meet you where you are, listen closely, and work collaboratively with you to get to the heart of what you are experiencing. Together, we can identify patterns, develop practical coping skills, and explore realistic steps toward meaningful change. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor our work to your specific needs and move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
