I’m passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space for healing, growth, and connection. As someone who values diversity and equity, I work to ensure my practice is welcoming to clients from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. I am committed to reducing mental health stigma and providing support to those experiencing trauma, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. I’m a firm advocate for mental health awareness, especially in communities where access has traditionally been limited, and I work to give back by supporting mental health and educational initiatives globally. My work and my practice are deeply informed by a belief in each person’s resilience and potential to transform life’s challenges into pathways toward wellness and balance.
