My Background and Approach
I am a Marriage & Family Therapy Intern based in Houston, TX. I have a passion for building relationships and empowering others. Through authentic conversation, I hope to lift some of the weight clients may carry. Through my experience, moving from the feeling of being stuck to being unstuck can be incredibly therapeutic and freeing. My clinical background includes working with anxiety, life transitions, work and school-related stress, divorce recovery, co-parenting, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and codependency. I have completed level 1 and 2 of Gottman and phase 1 of Brainspotting.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The counseling relationship allows for meaningful conversation that can support you as you navigate all of life’s challenges. Having the courage to navigate through feelings and learning what makes us who we are is transformational.
