I have a passion for working with the LGBTQ community. I have had many clients as well as trainings to help keep my knowledge up to date. I understand the unique struggles you may face.

I have 12 years experience working in all levels of substance abuse care with diverse populations. I can help you get to the bottom of your struggles so that you can free yourself from self sabotage.

If you are struggling to adjust to a difficult life circumstance, I can help you work through it in order to cope in the healthiest way possible. Together, we will formulate a plan to move you forward.

I will “meet you where you are” and together we will explore the pros and cons of making different choices. The power is all in you. I will help you reach your goals.

I will help you look at your thoughts, examine them, and perhaps adjust the way you see and perceive things. Thoughts lead to feelings which lead to behaviors.

I have a wholistic view of substance abuse. Every part of your life matters. We will look at the difficult parts in order to reduce the stressors that contribute to your maladaptive substance abuse patterns.
