About My Clients

I have extensive experience working with clients from various cultural, spiritual, and religious backgrounds. I specialize in individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma that may manifest as people-pleasing tendencies, perfectionism, or poor boundaries. My specialties include Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma informed therapy. By using mind-body integrative practices, I will help you learn to connect to your body in deeper & healthier way.

My Background and Approach

I am also certified in Brainspotting. Trauma and stress can impact different areas of our brain at the subcortical level. Brainspotting aims to engage these subcortical parts of the brain that also connect with our network of the nervous system to process emotions that may be stuck within us. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is an evidenced-based psychotherapy that is used to alleviate symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, and many other mental health disorders.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I understand that taking the first step in your therapeutic journey can be overwhelming, therefore creating a safe and comfortable space is my priority. I work with teens and young adults providing a safe, affirming, non-judgmental space for healing and support.
