About My Clients
My clients are deep thinkers and feelers who seek clarity and meaning as they move through transitions, carry generational trauma, or sense an inner pull toward change. Together, we explore the unseen layers of your story, learning to sit with discomfort, honor emotions, and hear what’s been quietly asking for attention. For those open to faith, I believe God meets us in these tender moments, not with answers, but with gentle presence and opportunities for renewal and grace.
My Background and Approach
I work with individuals who want to process, not just patch things up. Therapy with me isn’t about rushing to fix what’s “wrong.” It’s about walking together through your internal landscape, the tangled paths, the overgrown roots, the sunlight that filters through when you least expect it. Through narrative and somatic approaches, CBT, DBT, and IFS, we learn to listen to the parts of you that have been silenced or overlooked. Together, we slow down and notice what’s been hidden beneath survival. The parts of you longing to be seen, heard, and held with compassion. If you’re ready to explore your story and uncover what healing could look like for you, I would be honored to walk beside you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the core of my work lies the unwavering belief that healing is a deeply personal and nonlinear journey. Growth does not happen overnight, nor does it adhere to a set formula. Instead, it unfolds in layers, requiring patience, self-reflection, and an environment of safety and trust. I see my role as a therapist not as an expert who dictates change, but as a compassionate guide who walks alongside individuals as they navigate the complexities of their emotions, relationships, and life experiences. I am honored to hold space for those who seek healing, recognizing that each person’s journey is unique and worthy of deep care and validation. nclusivity is at the heart of my approach. I strive to create a space that welcomes individuals from all walks of life, regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or cultural background. This is particularly important to me as I work with individuals navigating life transitions, relational challenges, and struggles
