About My Clients
I believe that one idea of treatment doesn’t fit all clients and meeting the client where they are is an important part of the therapeutic relationship. I find fulfillment in supporting clients addressing their inner challenges to make a positive change in their life.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Winston Salem State University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have provided therapy to adults seeking treatment since entering the mental health field in 2016. I have professional experience in the non-profit, residential, addiction, mental health, inpatient crisis stabilization, and outpatient settings. I have worked at Right Side Up, Peachford Hospital, Thriveworks Duluth, and opened my private practice, Arise Renewed Counseling, LLC in 2021.

I believe in providing culturally informed and competent therapeutic services to all clients. I believe it is important to establish and maintain a collaborative relationship built on trust and honest communication.
