My Background and Approach
Shaina Page is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. She provides individual therapy and takes a compassionate, strengths-based approach to supporting clients across the lifespan. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, stress, coping skills, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, behavioral concerns, ADHD, anger management, and LGBTQ+ concerns. Shaina also has experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. She uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Her background and culturally aware perspective allow her to provide warm, collaborative care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
