I believe every human has a story containing unique challenges they must navigate and I enjoy supporting people through these. I am passionate about helping with spiritual issues and grief. I also enjoy working with young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and family issues.
My Background and Approach
I provide a space that is warm and welcoming without stagnation. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and self-image issues. I also have experience working with couples struggling with communication and contemplating divorce. I am going through the Gottman Level 1 Couples training right now.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It's important to me that everyone has a voice and a space and is respected. I honor diversity and enjoy hearing and learning about people's values. I believe everyone is unique and has a unique line up of personality, spiritual, emotional, family, and lifestyle details.
