About My Clients
*I am not currently accepting new clients, I apologize for the inconvenience* I specialize in depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, trauma, grief, addiction, suicidal ideation, and ADHD. My primary focus is on LGBTQIA+, immigrant, adoptee, sex worker, and disabled populations. My past experience includes mostly working with clients who were homeless, formerly incarcerated, veteran, substance dependent / addicted (including alcohol), and/or people of color.
My Background and Approach
I practice with an inclusive, social justice-oriented approach. My clinical orientation is an eclectic mix of modalities, including: trauma-focused psychodynamic care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

It’s incredibly hard and frustrating, especially if you’ve done it before, but the fact that you’ve started searching is a big deal. Were you told to "get over it?" Or, had your concerns and struggles dismissed? In my practice, we don't get over our difficulties - we work through them, and that takes time. I want to be there to help you through that journey. To feel supported and cared for. To heal in a safe, judgment-free space. And to gain a sense of control over your life.
