About My Clients
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with people facing the effects of trauma, loss, anxiety, addiction, emotional difficulties, anger, and identity-related concerns. Therapy is a place for understanding, healing, and meaningful change, and my role is to support you through that process.
My Background and Approach
My approach is person-centered and eclectic, integrating evidence-based methods such as ACT, CBT, and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your body, your self, and others in more meaningful ways. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals, honoring your personal values, strengths, and lived experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I care deeply about social justice and believe in the inherent dignity, worth, and rights of all people, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, or ethnicity. These values are central to my work as a therapist. My practice is informed by the understanding that psychological struggles do not exist in isolation, but are shaped by personal history, cultural context, and broader systemic factors. I strive to provide a thoughtful, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, understood, and supported.
