About My Clients
I work with women and men. I am here to help clients find their voice and confidence and help them navigate the world they live in. I work with females ages 17 and up. I see men if they reach out - I am both virtual and in person. After 3:00pm I am fully virtual.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in community mental health, inpatient units and residential treatment centers. I work with eating disorder, grief, trauma, mood disorders, career and relationship issues and career counseling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have a story in us to tell and it’s necessary to be able to share it in a safe environment in a healthy way.
