About My Clients

I work with teens and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, low self esteem, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or major life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people pleasing, avoidance, or self criticism and are looking for a space where they can feel understood without judgment. I strive to create a supportive, down to earth, and collaborative environment where clients can openly process their thoughts, emotions,

My Background and Approach

I received my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and currently work with teens, young adults, and families navigating a variety of emotional and life challenges. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, family conflict, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I believe therapy works best when clients feel emotionally safe, genuinely heard, and not judged for where they are in the process. I strive to create a space where clients can be open about difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences while also feeling supported and challenged toward growth. I often draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care depending on each client’s individual needs and goals. I also recognize that cultural background, family dynamics, identity, and

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should feel human and genuine rather than overly clinical or performative. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when someone is used to carrying everything on their own or feeling misunderstood by others. Because of this, I value building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, honesty, empathy, and authenticity. I view mental health through a compassionate and culturally aware lens, recognizing that every person’s experiences, upbringing, relationships, and environment shape how they cope with stress and navigate life. I believe healing is not linear, and that growth often comes from increasing self-awareness, learning healthier patterns, and allowing ourselves space to process difficult experiences without shame. Outside of therapy, I value balance, connection, continuous learning, and personal growth. I am passionate about helping others feel more understood, emotionally supported, and empowered in their day-to-day lives.
