My Background and Approach
I earned my master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and my doctorate from Alliant University (CSPP). She thereafter completed her training at an APA-Accredited internship treating individuals diagnosed with severe mental health issues. Additionally, I have experience in forensic settings evaluating and treating individuals with a dual diagnosis committed at the Orange County Juvenile Recovery Court. I use an integrative approach to therapy and has helped many individuals re-invent themselves and regain their power over their life.

Sometimes courage is being vulnerable and choosing hope in spite of your pain. Together, in your journey to healing, we draw a holistic picture of your problems to help you find solutions, heal from unresolved traumas, and find a deeper sense of purpose and connection. I help you reach your potential by exploring your uniqueness. I have a doctorate in Psychology, and I am licensed in California. I’m a strong communicator, and I also take pride in my honesty. I enjoy working through unexpected challenges. In collaboration with you and your strengths, I strive to build hope and open up your creative and innovative thought processes that will affect confidence and a positive outlook.
