I provide support to families that are faced with infertility, loss, grief, birth trauma, parenting NICU babies, medically ill children, or children with special needs, perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, adjusting to motherhood/fatherhood, & partner conflicts after becoming a parent
My Background and Approach
My work with teens, adults, and couples is customized to the needs of my clients. I combine Emotion-focused therapy, Attachment-based therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy as each client’s need differs. I am a Perinatal Mental Health specialist. This passion grew after having my son and having a profound postpartum experience. This experience called me to help other moms, find connection, create space for healing themselves while caring for a little one, and create resources that support them in continuing to be moms. I specialize in supporting families through pregnancy loss, grief, birth trauma, parenting NICU babies, medically-ill or special needs children, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, adjusting to parenthood, and partner conflicts after becoming parents. The journey to parenthood can be difficult, isolating, and all-encompassing, but you do not have to do it without support. I’d love to support you on your journey.
