About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples to help them with anxiety, stress, bad habits, fears/phobias, relationship and sexual issues, and other problems that affect living a happy, healthy life. My clients have a broad range of issues and challenges, and I'm always happy to work individually or as a team approach with other clinicians or doctors.
My Background and Approach
My background is in clinical behavioral science with an emphasis on hypnotherapy and autogenic biofeedback. I strive to have unconditional positive regard for every person in a confidential and sincerely caring manner. Much of my work is with people with everyday, ordinary problems affecting people's happiness, careers, and relationships. As an ordained minister, I'm very openminded and use a multi-faith approach whether my clients believe in a higher power or not in their lives--what they believe (or not) is what is important. Much of life today is about reducing stress and much of what I counsel is in helping people reduce anxiety and learning to relax, breathe correctly, and setting life goals that make sense for them and their significant others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we must co-exist as members of the human family, with respect and understanding for one another. We are all essentially good people, and I strive to find goodness, respect, and love in all that we are and that we do. I also believe we all live stressful lives, and how we manage our lives and relationships comes from within and understanding our strengths, talents, beliefs, personalities, and abilities. Being centered in mind, body, and spirit helps us lead balanced and productive lives individually and as family members and partners.
