About My Clients
I work best with adults navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, illness, disability, and major life transitions. I specialize in psychosocial oncology and have a strong passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, including neurodivergent and autistic adults. My approach is strength-based, practical, and compassionate, while offering real tools, honest conversation, and steady support during life’s hardest seasons.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree from the University of Louisville and over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through complex life challenges. I hold a certification in psychosocial oncology and am ADOS-2 certified, with specialized training in working with neurodivergent and autistic adults. My clinical focus includes cancer-related concerns, chronic illness, disability, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I use an evidence-based, strength-focused approach that blends practical tools, humor, and genuine connection to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.
