About My Clients
My clients care deeply, work hard, and strive to do everything “right,” yet often feel like it’s never enough. They’re overwhelmed by pressure, perfectionism, and self-doubt, even when others praise them. Many struggle with anxiety, sadness, or burnout, and long for relationships where they feel safe, seen, and understood. They come to therapy wanting change, connection, and relief from the weight of expectations and past emotional hurts.
My Background and Approach
I believe life unfolds in chapters, some resolved and others left open. My role is to help you make sense of those difficult, unresolved chapters so you can turn the page and begin writing the story you’ve always hoped for. My background includes counseling young adults with a focus on relational and family dynamics. I’ve worked at Pennsylvania State University’s Counseling Services and taught courses in Women's Psychology and Child-Adolescent Psychology at Caldwell University, experiences that deepen my understanding of today’s complex emotional lives. In our work together, I aim to create a warm, grounded space where you can express yourself openly. I value long-term therapeutic relationships and often walk alongside clients for years as they uncover patterns, heal relational wounds, and develop a stronger sense of self.
