About My Clients
I work best with people who want a direct, grounded space to talk honestly about sex, desire, boundaries, and the patterns that keep relationships stuck. I support individuals and couples navigating desire discrepancies, sexual dysfunction, communication challenges, non‑monogamy, infidelity, and family‑of‑origin dynamics.
My Background and Approach
With 16 years of experience working with relationships of all types, I offer a direct, grounded approach to therapy that helps clients understand what’s happening beneath the surface and communicate with more clarity and confidence. I specialize in sex therapy, infidelity, desire and arousal concerns, non‑monogamy, and the relational patterns shaped by family‑of‑origin dynamics. As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, I bring a high level of clinical training and systemic expertise to my work, helping clients navigate complex relational dynamics with greater insight and agency. I am also a Certified Sexuality Educator with 18 years of teaching experience, offering individualized sex education sessions for people seeking focused, evidence‑based guidance. My goal is to create a space where you feel informed, supported, and empowered to move toward relationships and experiences that feel right for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is most powerful when people feel seen in the fullness of who they are, so it matters to me to show up as a whole person in the room. I’m an active supporter of LGBTQ+ communities, sex‑positive values, and relationship structures that fall outside traditional norms. I care deeply about bodily autonomy, consent, and creating spaces where people can talk openly about desire, identity, and connection without fear of judgment. Community care is important to me, and I’m involved in local activism focused on safety, equity, and supporting marginalized communities. I value honesty, direct communication, and the kind of compassion that doesn’t shy away from hard conversations. These beliefs shape the way I practice: I want clients to feel grounded, respected, and empowered to define relationships and experiences that truly fit who they are.
