About My Clients

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS! Most of my experience comes from working with the college population. I have extensive training in trauma practice, particularly around experiences of abuse, violence, intergenerational trauma, grief/loss and preventing burnout.

My Background and Approach

My approach is warm, respectful, compassionate, and genuine. In our work together, I will draw from a variety of treatment approaches that have evidence for being effective such as mindfulness. My intention is to hold space for you and promote resilience, choice, acceptance and joy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My approach in therapy is rooted in anti-oppression and liberation principles, seeking to honor each person’s individuality with respect and unconditional positive-regard. I believe we heal through relationships and community where we experience a sense of safety and belonging. My intention is to hold space for you so can experience change and growth.
