I utilize a combination of evidence-based interventions to help my client achieve their goals, cope, and learn the skills they need to help them thrive. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and specialized in helping adults and youth work through their trauma and feel more empowered to reach or develop new life goals which translate into a happier and healthier life.

I believe that everyone is an expert in their lives and my goal is to collaborate and work with you in meeting your goals. I provide all my clients with a safe, non-judgmental & encouraging space to them heal and discover a new path. I believe that everyone has inner strength and the difference is our ability to see it or not. My priority is helping my clients into their strengths and discover the best version of themselves.
