I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I am bilingual and have experience providing counseling sessions in both English and Spanish.

I believe you are the expert in your own life, and that with the right support, growth and resilience are absolutely within reach. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and truly heard. I offer free 15-minute consultations, so we can connect and see if we’re a good fit.
