About My Clients
We provide intensive therapy sessions (90 minutes plus) designed around the natural defenses of the survival brain. By using "bottom up" modalities, such as ego-state therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, and psychodrama, we aim to help individuals get their lives back sooner.
My Background and Approach
We view anxiety, depression, mood instability, codependence, chemical and process addictions, relationship discord, anger, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and emotional sensitivity as an indication of where a person lives in their nervous system. By working with the natural inclination of the nervous system to heal, we support individuals in overcoming their symptoms and connecting to their deeper selves.
