What I have found to be the most rewarding in my work as a therapist is the ability to help others gain the confidence to break through mental barriers and overcome life challenges. By becoming more self-aware and awakened to the "chattering" of the mind that we so often mistake for reality, you are able to open yourself up to a whole new world of possibilities and choices.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. These models provide an increased understanding and awareness of the influence of our internal experiences on our behavior, as well as gaining insight into their root causes. We will work collaboratively in helping you feel more empowered to cope and engage more proactively in meaningful goals.
