My clients often come to me stating their lives feel chaotic and out of control. No matter what they try, they continue to feel recurrent depression and mood swings. Even the smallest event seems to trigger an intense levels of emotional pain. They often describe significant difficulties in their relationships. They report times in which they lash out in anger because they feel unheard and describe feeling “empty” and disconnected.

I believe I can help you find a calming connection with yourself and others. You can work to better manage powerful emotions I know it is often challenging to reach out for help, but change is possible even with the most persistent challenges.
