About My Clients
When most people enter therapy, what they often truly desire is change. I want to help you achieve whatever solutions and life changes you are seeking while enjoying the process as much as possible. Simply said, I don’t believe therapy has to always be a painful thing. Calling a therapist can be intimidating, but I hope you will take a moment (and maybe even a deep breath) to reach out and see how I can help.
My Background and Approach
Life is too short to feel like you can’t measure up, let trauma control your relationships, or be anxious/angry all the time. I want you to be free of emotional pain, able to deal with life on life’s terms, and to find meaning/purpose in work, family, friendships, spirituality, and all other life areas. Since 2009, teenagers and adults have worked with me to deal with issues that are no joke. Beyond doing talk therapy, I have advanced training EMDR, which specializes in treating issues related to trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and loss often more quickly than traditional talk-therapies.
