About My Clients
You feel like you have a "Ferrari engine" brain but "bicycle brakes." You’re creative and driven, yet feel constantly behind due to procrastination, clutter, or the "Sunday Scaries." Maybe you’ve been called "lazy" or told you aren't living up to your potential. I work with Beaver County adults who are tired of fighting their own minds. Whether you were recently diagnosed or have struggled for years, I help you stop apologizing for your neurodivergence and start mastering your unique spark.
My Background and Approach
I help people navigate the challenges of trauma (including early childhood trauma), mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression and more. To do this, I use a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Center Therapy, Narrative and EMDR Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is a personal journey, and it often begins the moment we feel truly seen and heard. As a therapist, I provide an authentic and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore the past and present traumas that may be affecting you. We will work together to build a strong connection. From there, we can focus on the conversations and steps needed to help you achieve your goals. For me, the most crucial part of therapy is the connection we build together. Once we have a trusting relationship, it opens the door to deeper conversations and meaningful change.
