My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and person-centered while utilizing evidence-based interventions: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Treatment, and Motivational Interviewing.
