I provide in-person individual therapy for adults 25+ and earned my MA in Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle in 2015. I specialize in helping clients work through trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-criticism, and identity-related concerns.
