About My Clients
I work well with those who feel anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or worn down by life. Many of my clients are navigating depression, trauma, relationship stress, parenting strain, identity questions, or major life transitions. You may not be in crisis, but you know something needs attention. I offer a grounded place to slow down, be honest, sort through what is getting in the way, and begin building a life that feels clearer and more manageable.
My Background and Approach
I have years of training and experience helping people work through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and the many challenges life throws at us. I try to bring steadiness, honesty, humor, and real-life perspective into our sessions. When we meet, you can expect support, nonjudgment, and honest conversation. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, work through what may be getting in the way, and move toward a life that feels healthier, clearer, and more fulfilling. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy is like setting out on a journey. You may feel lost or weighed down, but you don’t have to travel alone. My role is that of a guide and a companion: helping you map the terrain, identify patterns, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges.
