Accepting Clients

I offer a warm conversation that feels human rather than clinical—a calm space where you can pause life and exhale.

About My Clients

My clients tend to be thoughtful, self-reflective people who feel that something in their lives isn’t right and want to explore why. They are often striving to love themselves, understand the roots of their anxiety, heal from past relationship wounds, navigate a loss or a life transition, or feel in tune with their most authentic, resilient self. What they share is a willingness to look inward and a desire for change that is long lasting.

My Background and Approach

As a humanistic therapist, I offer a warm, calm, and compassionate presence, and I prioritize building a genuine and meaningful relationship with you. From this place of comfort and safety, I help you explore your inner and outer worlds so that we can understand the roots of your struggle. I believe in depth over a quick fix. Those who meet with me — especially over longer periods of time — tend to grow into fuller versions of themselves: more resilient to stress, more in touch with their feelings, and more understanding and embracing of who they are.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

To me, therapy helps us connect more deeply with ourselves and with others. It offers us a space to reflect on what we’ve been through and where we’re going; who we are and who we're becoming. It’s a journey of self-exploration that helps us to heal, to grow, and come home to ourselves.
