You will be seen and heard in a nonjudgmental space. We will explore what best supports you, so you feel hopeful about your path ahead. I am in-network with several insurances in Florida and Colorado. Virtually, I see clients in both time zones. I accept self-pay through Venmo, Paypal, Cash App. I am contracting with both SonderMind and Headway. My schedule is set to Eastern time zone appointment times.

I'm a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, families, and teams navigate life's toughest challenges. My background includes leadership roles in hospitals, correctional facilities, and youth programs, now complemented by my private practice work. Your first session is a chance to be fully seen and heard in a safe, nonjudgmental space. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, identify your goals, and begin exploring what approaches might best support your growth.
